Tom Sakellaris joined the firm in 2007, having spent the previous 13 years with one of the big four firms as a Senior Tax Manager in their Private Client Services Group.

Tom completed his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) at York University in 1994 and completed his CA designation in 1997. His expertise is in providing comprehensive tax solutions, business advisory and estate and succession planning  to private companies and individuals.   Tom has completed all the In Depth Tax Courses run by the CPA Ontario, Advanced International Tax Course, Tax Planning for Real Estate Transactions and the Canadian Tax Foundation Conferences.

Tom’s clients include entrepreneurial private companies and their shareholders, medical professionals, real estate investors and executives.  He assists his clients with, among other things, corporate structuring, compensation and shareholder planning,  structuring cross border investments, tax due diligence relating to proposed share acquisitions and implementing tax reorganizations to facilitate estate and succession planning for family owned enterprises.
